Thanksgiving, America's favorite holiday. A time to focus on family and good
friends, to give thanks for our blessing and remember our heritage and traditions
and a the time to enjoy the fruits of the earth.
Whether it's just family, or family and friends, why not BBQ that Thanksgiving turkey.
So here's a complete menu that can be done entirely on your MHP gas grill. Starting with
BBQ turkey and right through to the last course of spiced apples, this "BBQ grill"
menu will certainly capture the attention and interest of all your guests. Other
dishes in this menu include acorn squash, asparagus in lemon butter,
baked potatoes and baked sweet potatoes can also be prepared on the grill.
If you're not into the traditional turkey, try barbecueing a Ham
with this menu.
Prepare your grill to cook this entire
meal by the indirect cooking method. Remove the cooking grid and place a shallow
aluminum foil pan on the left or right side on the briquettes. Fill the pan with water. Replace cooking grid.
